Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information we collect through kobylinskigroup.com, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Effective date: August 17, 2026

1. Who We Are

Kobylinski Group LLC, doing business as Kobylinski Group (“Kobylinski Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates this website and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

Privacy questions and requests may be submitted through our Contact page. Please do not submit sensitive personal, financial, medical, or government-identification information through the website.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

  • Contact inquiries: name, email address, telephone number, message content, and any other information you choose to provide.
  • Consultation scheduling: if you use a Calendly link, the information you submit is collected by Calendly under its own privacy terms.
  • Comments: if commenting is available, we may collect the comment, name, email address, website, IP address, browser information, and related metadata.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the website, our hosting, security, caching, analytics, and consent-management systems may process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, requested URL, date and time, request headers, security events, and cookie or consent choices.

We use this information to deliver the website, prevent abuse, diagnose problems, document privacy choices, understand site performance, and maintain security.

3. Contact Forms and Email

Our Contact page uses Contact Form 7. Information submitted through the form is used to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a potential business relationship, provide requested information, and maintain appropriate business records. Form submissions may be transmitted through our configured email-delivery and mailbox providers.

The Contact page uses Google reCAPTCHA to reduce automated abuse. Google may process device, browser, interaction, cookie, and IP-address information to determine whether a submission is legitimate. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service.

4. Cookies and Consent Choices

We use Real Cookie Banner to manage cookie and privacy choices. The system may record a random identifier, the choices made, the date and time, browser information, and other technical evidence needed to document consent or withdrawal. Essential technologies may operate without consent when they are necessary to provide the website, maintain security, remember privacy choices, or deliver a feature you request.

Optional services should operate only according to the choices presented in the banner. You can change your privacy preferences, review your consent history, or withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before the withdrawal.

If commenting is enabled, WordPress may offer to store a commenter’s name, email address, and website in cookies for convenience. WordPress also uses administrative cookies for authorized users. These administrative cookies are not intended for ordinary public visitors.

5. Security, Spam Prevention, and Site Operations

We use DreamHost to host the website and Wordfence to protect it. These providers may process IP addresses, URLs requested, request headers, timestamps, user or login details, submitted request data, detected malicious files, and other technical information needed to host, secure, scan, troubleshoot, and defend the website.

If comments or form submissions are checked for spam, Akismet may receive information needed to evaluate the submission, including the submitted content and related technical data. Akismet states that most spam-related data is retained for limited periods. See the Akismet Privacy notice.

6. Jetpack, WordPress, Gravatar, and Emojis

The site uses Jetpack and WordPress-related services provided by Automattic. Depending on the feature used, these services may process site-usage information, IP addresses, browser details, WordPress.com account information, subscription or notification choices, and interaction data. See the Jetpack Privacy Center and Automattic Privacy Policy.

If comments are enabled, an anonymized value derived from a commenter’s email address may be provided to Gravatar to determine whether the commenter uses that service. After an approved comment, a Gravatar profile image may be shown publicly. WordPress may also request emoji resources from WordPress.org infrastructure when needed by a visitor’s browser.

7. Scheduling and External Websites

Links used to schedule a consultation may direct you to Calendly. Calendly independently collects and processes the information you submit there. Review the Calendly Privacy Notice before providing information.

Our website may link to other websites or services that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

8. How We Use Personal Information

  • To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the website.
  • To respond to inquiries and take steps requested before entering a business relationship.
  • To provide consulting services and administer client relationships.
  • To prevent spam, fraud, unauthorized access, and other security threats.
  • To document and honor cookie and consent choices.
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

Depending on the situation and applicable law, our legal basis may be your consent, performance of a contract or steps requested before a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, or our legitimate interests in communicating with potential clients and operating a secure, effective business website.

9. When We Share Information

We may share personal information with service providers that support hosting, security, spam prevention, email delivery, website functionality, analytics, scheduling, and consent management. Current providers may include DreamHost, Automattic and its WordPress services, Akismet, Gravatar, Defiant/Wordfence, Google, Calendly, devowl.io/Real Cookie Banner, and our configured email providers.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, to investigate misuse, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business reorganization or transfer. Kobylinski Group does not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

10. International Processing

Our website and service providers operate in the United States and may process information in other countries. Privacy protections may differ from those in your location. Where required, providers may rely on contractual or other approved safeguards for international transfers.

11. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to inquiries, managing a business relationship, maintaining security records, documenting consent, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal, tax, accounting, or backup requirements. Retention periods vary by record type and provider configuration. When information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it until deletion is practical.

12. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information through the public contact form.

13. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an explanation of how your personal information is used. You may also have the right to object to certain processing, withdraw consent, opt out of certain disclosures, or complain to a privacy regulator.

Submit a request through our Contact page. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Some information may be retained where required by law or where an applicable exception permits retention.

14. Children’s Privacy

This business-to-business website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it. If you believe a child submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when our website, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes may be highlighted on the website when appropriate.
